Day 01: Arrival at Katra / Jammu Railway / Jammu Airport
Our Service start on arrival at Katra /
Jammu Railway /Jammu Airport, Vatsalya Holidays representative meet & greet
and transfer Hotel / Resort, on arrive check in room and get fresh,
evening free for leisure, overnight in hotel / resort at Katra / Jammu.
Day 02: Katra / Jammu to Srinagar
After breakfast check out hotel
and proceed for Srinagar, via Chenani Nashri Tunnel & Jawahar Tunnel, After
Jawahar Tunnel you feel pleasant atmosphere, and get stop at Titanic point
where take picture to memory, from Titanic point you can see Kashmir Valley, on
arrive Srinagar check in hotel / resort / houseboat, take dinner, overnight at
Srinagar.
Day 03: Srinagar
Today after breakfast full day
excursion of Srinagar - Shankaracharya Hill, Chasmi-E-Shahi, Mughal Garden,
Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Evening enjoy Sikara Ride in Dal Lake, take
dinner, Overnight in hotel / resort / Houseboat.
Day 04: Srinagar - Sonmarg - Srinagar {98 km / 3-4 hrs}
After breakfast full day
excursion of Sonmarg which is one of the most beautiful drive from Srinagar.
Sonmarg is a last stop of Kashmir District. From here start the territory of
Ladakh. Sonmarg is situated at an altitude of 2742 m above sea level, Sonmarg
is absolutely true to its name, which means "Meadow of Gold". The
moment you enter Sonmarg, the first thing that you will notice will be the snow
- covered mountain that forms the backdrop of the town, covered with the alpine
trees from all side, Sonmarg has a few of the loveliest flower collection in
Jammu & Kashmir. You may take a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier where snow
remain round the year. You can also visit Fishing Point, Heliped Point and also
enjoy Horse Riding, Return to Srinagar, Overnight at Hotel / Resort /
Houseboat.
Day 05: Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar {52 Km - 2 hrs}
After breakfast we check out
hotel / resort / houseboat and proceed for Gulmarg. On arrive check in to hotel
of Gulmarg is one of the most beautiful resort in the valley. Gulmarg has been
a resort of kings like Yousuf Shah Chak and Jahangir who used to visit
frequently. Gulmarg boasts Asia's highest and longest cable car project, The
Gulmarg Gondola. The two stage rope way ferries about 600 people per hour to
and from Kongdoori Mountain, a shoulder of nearby Afarwat Peak - 4200 m (13780
ft), you can also try skiing on your own. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes
in the world and also has highest gold course with 18 holes. Evening back
Srinagar, take hot dinner, Overnight at Hotel in Srinagar.
Day 06: Srinagar - Pahalgam {90 Km - 3.5 hrs}
After breakfast we check out
hotel / resort / houseboat and proceed for Pahalgam. On arrive check in to
hotel / resort and get fresh, Pahalgam is one of the most beautiful places on
earth: the town of Pahalgam (village of Shepherds) offers breathtaking views of
Himalayas. today evening free for leisure, overnight in hotel / resort at
Pahalgam.
Day 07: Pahalgam
Today after breakfast we have a
full day of leisure at this beautiful town at the foothills of Himalaya. One
can go on for walks or pony ride to enjoy the some spot around the Pahalgam
town like Mamleshwara Shiva Temple on the bank of Ladder River, You can today
enjoy River Rafting Point and also hire local union taxi for Chandan Wadi,
Betab Valley & Aru Valley, evening back at hotel / resort and overnight at
Pahalgam.
Day 08: Pahalgam to Katra / Jammu
Today after breakfast check out hotel / resort and proceed for Katra / Jammu,
on arrive check in hotel / resort. Take dinner & overnight in Katra /
Jammu.
Day 09: Departure
After
breakfast time free till departure, Transfer by car to Katra / Jammu Railway
Station / Jammu airport for departure to next destination.

• Booking amount – 100% Advance for Ticket booking.
• Booking amount – 25% of total package at the time of booking
• Balance payment of 75% of total package cost to be clear before 20 days prior of the departure date.
• Those booking are made on short notice; all payment must be clear within 2 to 3 days.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation charge will be accepted from the booking dates
• Before 30 days – communication charges of Rs. 2000/- per person.
• 30 -15 Days prior to departure 25% on total package cost.
• 14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% on total package cost.
• 07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% on total package cost.
• With in 03 Days/No show Full amount / nonrefundable.
• This is our cancellation rules but we will give our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.
Amendment Terms:
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge.
Special Notes
We also book hotel bookings, Vehicle bookings, Kitchen staff and tour managers in advance to ensure that their family gets good and timely facilities when booking a Tour like Group Tour / Customize Tour, but in case any natural or manmade accident, unusual and difficult situations such as floods, earthquakes, cloudbursts, landslides, political instability, shutdowns, strikes, storms, terrorist attacks, train or flight reschedule or cancellation and illness or death of a relative or an emerging pandemic like corona which in general, We Call as "Act of God" if the tour is cancelled or has to be cancelled, we also do not get refund of the amount paid in advance as well as advertisement and office expenses. In case of cancellation, a one-year validity credit note of amount paid by the traveler will be given and under no circumstances will cash or cheque be refunded. Through this credit note the traveler can join any of our other trips for Group Tour Booking and in Customized Tour Booking Traveler must join same trip with same hotel booking in given time period.
